What is Thynne’s Education Foundation?

The original ‘Thynne’ trust was set up by the then Lord Bath in 1950 and the ‘Keyford Educational Foundation’ came out of 2 small trust funds from 1921 which were amalgamated in 1997 to form ‘The Keyford Educational Foundation incorporating the ancient Blue Coat Foundation’ subsequently shortened to Thynne’s Educational Foundation. These charities have now agreed to combine their resources in one new charity.
